We're a commercial and residential cleaning company that has been in business for 40 years. We currently service the Long Island and 5 Borough's. We are expanding and developing an area in the White Plains market and need cleaning technicians that are reliable and dependable. We will offer the following commercial & residential services: - Dryer Vent Cleaning
- HVAC Vent & Duct Cleaning
- Carpet Cleaning
- Office / Janitorial Cleaning
- Post Construction Cleanings
When the time is right adding additional services we currently offer.
Responsibilities:
- Perform cleaning tasks in accordance with company standards and guidelines
- Clean and sanitize designated areas, including restrooms, offices, and common areas
- Dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and emptying trash bins
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Follow safety protocols and use appropriate cleaning agents and tools
Experience:
- Previous experience in commercial or residential cleaning preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and best practices.
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums and floor buffers
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
- Strong time management skills to ensure efficient completion of work
Please note you must have a driver license as you will receive a company van. The position will require a one month training period in our Long Island branch. Bilingual is a plus.

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
